【Abstract】 The Stability constant of the complex of Cd（Ⅱ）-cysteine （Cys）-Histidine （His） has been determined with the method of pH potentiometer titration. The chief form of the complex in the system of Cd （Ⅱ）-Cys-His（M-H₂L-H₃L’） is MHLL’, and its stability constant lg βMHLL’ iS calculated to be 28.95.
