聚酰胺柱填料对水中有机物的吸附与分离研究——Ⅰ.水溶性染料的富集与分离
A New Type of Polyamide Adsorbent on Enrichment and Separation of Organic Compound in Water——Ⅰ. Enrichment and Separation of Water Soluble Dyes
【摘要】 作者研制成一种新型聚酰胺类柱填料,具有可控的粒度范围和机械性能,对水溶性染料有很大的吸附容量和选择性,可用于微量染料的分离制备与分析。
【Abstract】 A new type of self-made column packing of polyamide with certain particle size and better compressive strength is investigated. It shows a great adsorbing capacity, about 9~15 mg acidio and neutral dyes or 1~3 mg alkaline dyes to pass the column(0.8cm×5.0cm) with flow rate 5~10 ml/min, and the dyes could be adsorbed completly. The dyes adsorbed on the column could be eluted perfectly with alcohol containing some alkali solution (pH8~10). The recovery range is 70%~90%. The pure dyes eluted from the column could be determined by ultraviolet/visible, infrared and other spectroscopy. It couid be expected that a number of compounds can be enriched and separated in environmental water samples and pretreated in high-performance liquid chromatography samples and some natural plant components with the packing.
