探针原子化石墨炉原子吸收绝对分析法的研究
Studies on the Absolute Analysis by Probe Atomization in Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometry
【摘要】 本文研究了探针等温原子化技术应用于石墨炉分析中进行绝对分析的可能性,将实验得到的10个元素的特征质量值(moexp)与理论计算值(mo(?)al)进行了比较,讨论了原子化温度和Zeeman效应对特征质量的影响。本法的m(o(?)al/moexp比值的平均值和标准偏差为0.94士0.10。
【Abstract】 A temporally isothermal atomization technique, probe atomization, has been used to measure characteristic masses (moexp) in graphite furnace atomic absorPtion spectrometry using a home-made automatic probe system. These values were compared with theoretical data(mo(?)al) calculated with L’vov formula. The mean and standard deviation of the mo(?)al/moexp ratio in this method for 10 elements was 0.94±0.10 and it was improved compared with that of the conventional platform furnace and the two-step furnace. In this work, the factors of the influence on the characteristic masses, such as atomization temperature and Zeeman effect, were discussed as well. The results were satisfactory.
