【Abstract】 Hydrophobicity of twenty non-congeneric drugs was determined by extrapolated capacity factor method using varying volume fractions of methanol-water as eluents. The method was simple and rapid to operate, the range for the determination of hydrophobicity was 4.88>log Pow>-1.22, in which Pow is octanol-water partition coefficient, the correlation between logKw and logPow was good.更多还原
