非水溶性meso-四(4-氯苯基)卟啉与银显色反应的研究
Color Reaction of Silver(Ⅰ) With meso-Tetra (4-chlorophenyl)porphin
【摘要】 本文详细研究了在混合表面活性剂Triton X-100与CTMAB共同存在下,非水溶性meso四(4-氯苯基)卟啉[简写:T(4-C1-P)P]与银的显色反应。利用该反应建立了高灵敏测定银的光度分析法,用于相纸和定影液废水中银的测定,其结果与ICP-AES和AAS法一致。银与T(4-C1-P)P形成1:2的络合物,其最大吸收波长和表观摩尔吸光系数分别为:426nm和3.94×105 L·mol-1·cm-1。银量在0.0~3.2μg/10ml范围内服从比尔定律。
【Abstract】 The color reaction of silver with meso-tetra(4-chlorophenyl)porphin [T(4-Cl-P)P] was studied in the presence of mixed surfactant Triton X-100 and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide Based on the color reaction, a sensitive spectrophotometric method for the determination of silver was proposed. The results were the same as those of ICPAES and AAS in the determination of silver in photographic paper and fixer waste water. Silver reacts with T(4-Cl-P)P to form a 1 : 2 complex.The apparent molar absorptivity was 3.94×105 L.mol-1, cm-1 at 426nm. Beer’s law was obeyed in the range of 0.0~3.2μg/10ml for silver.
