高灵敏度催化光度法测定超痕量铜I Cu(Ⅱ)-H2O2-MA体系
Catalyic spectrophotometric determination of ultrace amounts of copper (II)
【摘要】 本文基于在氨性介质中,痕量Cu(Ⅱ)对H2O2氧化天青Ⅰ的褪色反应具有明显的催化作用.从而建立了一个测定痕量铜的新催化光度法,检出限为0.08ng/ml,线性范围为0-0.15μg/25ml.应用于环境标准样品,人发样,饮用水的分析均获得满意结果.
【Abstract】 A new method is presented for the calalytic spcetrphotometric determination of ultratrace amouts of Cu(Ⅱ) .The method is based on the catalytic oxidation of methyiene Azur by H2O2 in the presence of phenanthroline the detection linit for Cu (Ⅱ)is 8. 0×10-5μg/ml. the linear range is 0-0. 15μg/25ml. The methed is suitable for the direct determination of Cu(Ⅱ) in standard circumstance sample and tap water and hairs sample by means of additon method.
