【摘要】 本文基于在氨性介质中,痕量Cu（Ⅱ）对H₂O₂氧化天青Ⅰ的褪色反应具有明显的催化作用.从而建立了一个测定痕量铜的新催化光度法,检出限为0.08ng/ml,线性范围为0-0.15μg/25ml.应用于环境标准样品,人发样,饮用水的分析均获得满意结果.更多还原

【Abstract】 A new method is presented for the calalytic spcetrphotometric determination of ultratrace amouts of Cu（Ⅱ） .The method is based on the catalytic oxidation of methyiene Azur by H₂O₂ in the presence of phenanthroline the detection linit for Cu （Ⅱ）is 8. 0×10^-5μg/ml. the linear range is 0-0. 15μg/25ml. The methed is suitable for the direct determination of Cu（Ⅱ） in standard circumstance sample and tap water and hairs sample by means of additon method.更多还原
