【Abstract】 The selective chocolate agar with gonococcus medium base and polymyxin B (10 U/ml) was used for the isolation of Gardnerella vaginalis. G. vaginlis was isolated from 27% (50/183) of women with genital infection. A scheme adopted for the identification of the organism is simple and easy to carry out in a clinical routine laboratory.更多还原
