【摘要】 抗真菌抗生素F_126-B由有待鉴别的真菌F₁₂₆所产生,发酵液经乙酸乙酯提取、纯化后得到淡黄色粉末,用TLC和HPLC证实为含有三个组分的复合物,其中主要组分B由氧化铝柱层析分出,通过性质试验和¹³CNMR,F_AB-MS测定,初步确定此组分为有一不饱和脂肪酸侧链的环肽化合物,其环肽由14种氨基酸和两种未知的氨基酸组成。在体外试验证实它对细菌无抗菌活性,对酵母、霉菌和真菌有良好的抗菌作用,LD₅₀（ⅳ）为10～20 mg/kg,与相关的抗真菌抗生素相比,均有差别,因此初步认为是一种新的抗真菌抗生素。更多还原

【Abstract】 An antifungal antibiotic F₁₂₆ was produced by an unidentified strain 126. From its culture broth to undergo extraction and purification, a light yellow powder was gotten, which is composed of three components by the determination of TLC and HPLC, the majer compenent B, was named antibiotic 126-B, was identified by the experiments of its properties, amino acid analysis and ¹³CNMR, F_AB-MS and, base these, it was established peliminarily a structure of cyclopeptide with an unsaturated fatty acid side chain.The antibiotic F_126-B is active, in vitro, against fungi, but is not active against bacteria and was compared with its interrelated antibiotics such as cyclosporin, echinocandin B, mulundocandin, mycobacillin, stcndomycin and aculencin, it discovered that the antibiotic F_126-B was different with them, hence, we considered the antifungal antibiotic is a new substance.更多还原
