无光照下杉木叶绿体超微结构的初步研究
Preliminary Study on the Degradation of Chloroplast of Chinese Fir in the Darkness
【摘要】 利用电镜对杉木叶片在无光照条件下叶绿体超微结构进行观察,结果表明:杉木叶片在无光照条件下,叶绿体基质片层断裂,基粒类囊体数目减少,部分基质片层排列紊乱,并且随无光照时间的延长,类囊体膜受到破坏,叶绿体开始降解。该研究对于进行杉木光合作用的研究,以及指导杉木林的经营有现实意义。
【Abstract】 The leaves of Chinese fir have been treated in the darkness for a s-eries of different lengthes of time before their chloroplasts are observed under the TEM (Tramsmission Electron Microscope) . The results indicate that the stroma lamella become broken as well as the granum thytakoids decrease in n-umber and part of the granum thytakoids disappear) and part of the stroma 1-amellas become disordered) and that the destruction of chloroplast has greatly weakened its photosynthesis intensity, whitch makes the chloroplast aomost stop the process of photosynthesis.
