油桐品种抗黑斑病生理生化机制研究 (Ⅰ)品种抗性与游离氨基酸、多酚类物质、黄酮类化合物含量之关系

【摘要】 本研究测定了七个不同抗病性的油桐品种病叶(果皮)和健叶(果皮)的游离氨基酸、多酚类物质、黄酮类化合物含量。结果表明,健叶游离苯丙氨酸含量抗病品种比感病品种高;病叶游离胱氨酸含量抗病品种比感病品种低;健叶(果皮)多酚类物质含量抗病品种比感病品种高;病叶(果皮)多酚类物质含量与健叶(果皮)相比下降值,从抗病品种到感病品种呈递减趋势;健叶(果皮)、病叶(果皮)黄酮类化合物含量抗病品种均比感病品种高。
【Abstract】 We analysed the free amino acids polyphenol substances and flavonoids contents of the diseased leaves ( peel ) and healthy leaves (peel) from the seven varieties of tung oil tree with difterent resistances. The results showed that the free phenylalanine content of the resistant varieties was higher than that of the susceptible ones from the healthy leaves, and the free cystine content of the resistant varieties was lower than that of the suscept-ible ones from the diseased leaves. The polyphenol substances content of the resistant varieties was higher than that of the susceptible ones from the healthy leaves and peel. The flavonoids content of the resistant varieties was higher than that of the susceptible ones from the healthy leaves ( peel) or the diseased leaves ( peel ).
