成组数控自动程序设计
AUTOMATICALLY NUMERICAL CONTROL PROGRAMMING BASED ON GROUP TECHNOLOGY
【摘要】 论述了CDGTNCP系统的结构及主要特点。介绍了系统分段生成标准数控程序,最后编辑成完整的数控加工程序的设计思想。用文件传送方式实现GTNCP与CD-CAD系统的集成。采用了图形描绘点的零件信息描述方法,对零件信息进行分级描述及输入,实现了输入零件原始信息后自动生成NC加工程序的目的。
【Abstract】 The structure and features of the CDGTNCP system are described with a designscheme for it to form standard NC subroutines stepwise and assemble final complete NC processing program. By means of file conveyance the integration of GTNCP with CD-CAD system has been implemented . This system adopts the figure-points description to describe componts data ,so that the step description and input of components data are carried out .
