FKJ胶结料的反应产物和矿相的研究
A Study on hydration products and mineral phase of FKJ binder (fly ash slag—alkali cementitious material)
【摘要】 本文着重研究以Na2SiO3作为激发剂的粉煤灰渣—碱胶结料(简称FKJ)的反应机理和水化产物。通过分析自然界中天然沸石的形成过程,扫描电镜显微矿相形貌分析,热力学计算及现代X—衍射谱线分析,我们认为FKJ系统中可能生成的主要水化产物为方沸石型的水化硅铝酸钠;其次为钙沸石型的水化硅铝酸钙和杆沸石型的水化硅铝酸钠钙;还生成少量的低碱度水化硅酸钙。论文还阐述了FKJ胶结料有良好的耐久性,即有良好的抗碳化性,抗冻性,耐化学侵蚀性等,故它有广阔的应用前景。
【Abstract】 This paper mainly describes a study on reaction mechanism of fly ash slag—alkali cementtious material (namely FKJ) in which Na2SiO3 is taken as an activator. Through annalysis of forming process of natural zeolite in natural world and examination of mineral phase of FKJ system by scanning electronic microscope, thermodynamic calculation and modernn X—ray diffractometer, authors consider that the main hydration products possibly produced are analcite type of sodium—silicoaluminate hydrate; the secondary products are scolecite type of calcium—silicoaluminate hydrate and thomsonite type of sodium—calcium—silicoaluminate hydrate, meanwhile a small amount of low—alkaline calcium silicate hydrate are also produced. In addition the paper points out that FKJ binder has good durability and fine resistance to carbonation, frost and chemical attack, etc, therefore has bright prospects in application.
