YBa2Cu3O7-δ系超导陶瓷的Sn、Ca替代效应
SUBSTITUTION EFFECT OF Sn AND/OR Ca ELEMENTS IN YBa2Cu3O7-y SUPERCONDUCTING CERAMICS
【摘要】 本文研究3Sn、Ca两元素对Y1Ba2Cu3O7-δ超导陶瓷的替代效应。结果表明,两元素的替代作用不同,而共同取代时,会产生施、受主相互补偿,本文就其对材料的超导电性的影响作了初步讨论。
【Abstract】 The substitution effect of Sn4+ and/or Ca2+ on superconductivity in YBa2Cu3Oy ceramics was studied. It is found that the influence of the two kinds of dopants on superconductivity is different; and the donor-acceptor compensation effect occured when both of Sn4+ and Ca2+ elements were introduced into the material together. A preliminary discussion has been given in the present paper.
