高温超导体Bi1.7Pb0.3Sr2Ca1Cu2O8+δ中的电四极相互作用研究

【摘要】 用微分扰动角关联(DPAC)方法测量了高 Tc 超导体 Bi1.7Pb0.3Sr2Ca1Cu2O8+δ中的电四极相互作用.由分析室温和液氮温度下的 DPAC 谱,分别得出三组单值的电四极相互作用频率,它们对应于三种处在不同电场梯度(efg)位置的 Bi1,Bi2和 Bi4.由实验结果看到,Bi1位置的(Vz1)z在样品由常态转变为超导态时,增加到1.5倍.在室温和液氮温度下,都看出在Bi2位置有明显的自旋弛豫现象存在.
【Abstract】 The measurement of the electric quardrupole interaction has been made on high Tc superconductor Bi1.7Pb0.3Sr2CaCu2O8+δ by means of the differential perturbation angular correlation. From DP AC spectra at room temperature and liquid nitrogen temperature, three sets of the unique frequency of the electric quardrupole interaction, which are corresponding to Bi1, Bi2 and Bi4 at different electrical field gradients(efg), are obtained. The results show that V’zz at Bi1 position increases 1.5 times from the normal state to the superconducting state. There is obviously a spin relaxation in Bi2 position at room temperature or liquid nitrogen temperature.
