Bi2O3-Sb2O3二元系的研究
THE STUDIES ON Bi2O3-Sb2O3 BINARY SYSTEM
【摘要】 本文用 X 射线衍射及差热-热重分析方法研究了 Bi2O3-Sb2O3二元系在 N2和空气中的相关系.研究结果表明,在 N2中发生自氧化-还原化学反应5Bi2O3+3Sb2O3→4Bi+6BiSbO4在空气中 Bi 和 Sb 分别主要以+3和+5价的形式存在.Sb 在 Bi2O3中的溶解度不超过3mol%.形成三种化合物:Bi3SbO7、Bi5Sb2O12.5和 BiSbO4.前两者为包品反应产物,后者为固液同份化合物.BiSbO4的熔点为1276℃.BiSbO4与Sb2O4属共晶反应.并讨论了Sb 对 Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O 体系形成超导相的影响.
【Abstract】 The phase relation of binary system Bi2O3-Sb2O3 in N2 or air has been studied by means of X-ray diffraction and DTA-TG analyses. The experimental results show that the chemical reaction, 5Bi2O3 + 3Sb2O3 = 4Bi + 6BiSbO4, occurs in N2 atmosphere. In air, Bi3+ and Sb5+ exist predominantly in respective oxides. The solubility of Sb in Bi2O3 is smaller than 3mol %. The compounds Bi3SbO7, Bi5Sb3O12.5 and BiSbO4 are formed in this system. The compouds Bi3SbO7 and Bi3Sb3O12.5 are peritectic compounds, and BiSbO4 is congruent compound. The melting point of BiSbO4 is 1276℃. BiSbO4 and Sb2O4 form a binary eutectic subsystem. The effect of Sb on the formation of Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O superconducting phase was discussed.
