含氟铋系高T_c超导体的性能
STRUCTURES AND PROPERTIES OF F-DOPED Bi-SYSTEM SUPERCONDUCTORS
【摘要】 本文报道了氟代氧的铋系超导体的多方面研究结果。着重讨论了氟是否进入超导相,氟的结晶学位置,及其对结构性能的变化影响和改善超导电性的机制等等。
【Abstract】 The research results we’re reported about F substituting O in Bi-system superconductors in many ways. The possibility of F entering the superconducting phase, its position, the structures and properties of superconductors, and the mechanism improving superconductivity in F-do-ped Bi-system were studied particularly.
