【Abstract】 This paper deals with a experiment on inducing the gonadal development of pond- reared 3+ old Reeves shad to stage Ⅱ (GSI 0.9%) by imitating the ecotogieal conditions for shad repro- duction in natural river and implanting LHRH—A and Testosterone in long-term release pellets.A ef- fective operating method and several key problems in artificial propagation of pond-reared shad also are discussed in this paper.更多还原
