7235A催化剂芳构化活性的研究——油田轻烃芳构化试验
A STUDY ON THE AROMATIZATION ACTIVITY OF 7235A CATALYST--AROMATIZATION TEST OF OILFIELD LIGH-HYDROCARBONS
【摘要】 研制出一种以HZSM—5 沸石为载体,含多种金属活性组分的7235A催化剂,对低碳烷烃有良好的芳构化活性。用油田轻烃进行芳构化反应,在常压、550℃、WHSV=0.5h ′的反应条件下,维持芳烃收率不低于40%(重量)的单程寿命为240h,平均芳烃收率为47.78%。经历9次再生并累计运转1044h,芳构化活性无明显下降,表明这是一种活性、选择性和稳定性都比较高的低碳烷烃芳构化催化剂。
【Abstract】 A new 7235A catalyst using HZSM-5 as the carrier and loading with multimetalions as the active components was prepared. It exhibited a high aromatization activityfor lower alkanes. Using oilfield light hydrocarbons as feedstock, at atmosphere 550℃and WHSV= 0. 5hr-1, the catalyst gained a one-period life of 240 hours, in which thearomatics’ yield wasn’t lower than 40% and the average aromatics’ yield was 47. 78%.After night-time regenerations and accumulative operation hours of 1044, the aromati-zation activity of 7235A catalyst hasn’t observable descent. The experimental data indi-cated that the 7235A catalyst which has higher activity, selectivity and stability, is aprospective catalyst for the aromatization of lower alkanes.
