减小储层损害的油井水泥早强剂—NSC
CEMENT COMPOUNDED ACCELERATOR FOR DECREASING THE HARM OF RESERVOIR IN OIL WELL-NSC
【摘要】 介绍一种新的油井水泥复合早强剂—NSC,列举了NSC水泥浆各种性能的实验数据,描述了分别用NSC和CaCl2水泥浆滤液浸泡人造岩芯的实验情况及数据分析,它的早强效果优于CaCl2,特别是用NSC和CaCl2处理的水泥浆滤液浸泡人造岩芯做渗透率测试的结果表明,NSC对储层损害小于CaCl2 还对NSC的促凝早强机理及水泥浆滤液对地层的损害机理作了初步探讨。
【Abstract】 We introduce a new kind of cement compounded accelerator-NSC, list variousproperties’ experimental data for NSC cement slurry and describe the experimental con-ditions and data analysis using both NSC and CaCl2 filter liquor of cement slurry for arti-ficial rock core. NSC’s accelerated effect is better than CaCl2’s. Especially the experi-ment above shows NSC’s harm is less than CaCl2’s to reservoir. We also make furtherstudy for NSC’s accelerated principle and harm principle of filter liquor of cement slurryto the earth layer.
