抽油杆材料拉伸过程的声发射研究

【摘要】 介绍了20CrMo,35CrMo钢抽油杆材料新旧杆材制成的3种类型试样在不同拉伸速度下的声发射特性研究结果。分析多种实验条件下,声发射参量与拉伸断裂过程的关系,以及各个拉伸阶段中典型时域信号的波形特征,并对带有预制疲劳裂纹的实际抽油杆进行了声发射检测的初步探索,为声发射技术应用于现场检测抽油杆提供依据。

【Abstract】 The results of studying Acoustic Emission characteristics of materialsfor both new and used sucker-rod (20CrMo, 35CrMo) by use of threekinds of specimens under different tensile speed were presented briefly. Under different experimental conditions, the AE parameters related to thetensile fracture and the characteristics of typical waveforms in time domainof AE signal were analyzed. In addition, a preliminary study ofcommercial sucker-rod with artificial fatigue crack was carried out,some significant results were obained.
