锅炉及压力容器常用钢热成形形变抗力的研究

【摘要】 本试验工作中是采用Gleeble—1500热力模拟试验机,对我厂制造的锅炉及压力容器常用的BHW35、SA299、19Mn6、16MnR和20g等5种厚板和中板钢材,热成形时的形变抗力进行了系统的研究.通过模拟实际生产中热成形加热及变形的实际工艺参数,详尽地研究了热成形温度T、形变速率ε和形变量ε对这5种钢热成形时形变抗力的影响,并得到了相应的数据,通过数理统计分析求出了衡量各种钢形变抗力的各个因素影响系数.图14表19参1

【Abstract】 Resistances to hot deformation of BHW35, SA299, 19Mn6, 16MnR and 20g heavy and middle thick steel plates, commomly used for boilers and pressure vessels by Haerbin Boiler Works, have been systematically studied with the help of a Gleeble-1500 hot simulation testing machine. By simulating actual technological prccess parameters of heating and deformation, the effects of temperature T deformation rate and amount of deformation s on resistances to hot deformation are in detail studied for all the 5 different types of steels. With the data obtained, a number of influence coefficients, with which the resistance of various steels to deformation may be evaluated, have been fovnd by statistical analysis.
