小麦体细胞胚胎发生过程中核酸和可溶性蛋白质的变化
THE CHANGES OF NUCLEIC ACIDS AND SOLUBLE PROTEIN DURING SOMATIC EMBRYOGENESIS IN WHEAT
【摘要】 研究了小麦原生质体培养形成的体细胞胚胎发生过程中DNA、RNA和可溶性蛋白质含量的变化,并对可溶性蛋白质进行了SDS-PAGE分析。结果表明,胚性愈伤组织开始分化后,DNA、RNA和可溶性蛋白质含量迅速增加,到胚状体形成时达到高峰。蛋白质组分也发生了深刻的变化,产生了分子量为71KD、58KD、51KD、31KD、26KD、25.5KD和27KD7条新蛋白质谱带,其中,58KD是胚特异性蛋白。
【Abstract】 The changes in contents of DNA, RNA and soluble protein and the SDS-PAGE of soluble protein during somatic embryogenesis in wheat protoplast culture were studied. The results showed that the contents of DNA, RNA and protein increased rapidly while the beginning of the embryogenic calli differentiation. The peak arrived at the formation of somatic embryo. Great changes took place in the constituent of soluble protein. New proteins which had molecular weights of 71KD, 58KD, 51KD, 31KD, 26KD, 25.5KD, and 27KD appeared. The 58KD protein was the embryo-specific protein.
