音速恒流吹扫测压法
Constant Flowrate Blowing Method for Pressure Measuring
【摘要】 <正> 压力及压差是热工测量的基本内容,方法很多,然而在以高温高浓度气固多相流体为对象的场合,可用的方法却很有限。首先,高温排除了接触传感法的可能。若采用导压管法,虽可克服高温影响,但是因流体的扩散、凝结、微浅漏等因素引起的管路堵塞却很难解决。在导压管基础上加吹扫风,是防堵的有效手段,但测量误差太大。综上所述,如何精确有效地测量高温度浓度气固多相流的压力与压差,是个亟待解决的课题,本文通过理论分析与实验研究,提出并成功地应用了一种新的测压法——音速恒流吹
【Abstract】 In order to solve the difficulties in using conventional method for measuring on some special occasions and experimental devices, a new method for practical measuring of pressure and differential pressure is put forward and discussed in this paper. Usually, the problems of block up in Pressure Tap and Great errors in blowing are found in measuring of pressure and differential pressure for the Fluidized Bed, the Circulating Fluidized Bed, the combustor of coal-fired MHD, and other facilities with high temperature multiphase flow. The method put forward here-Constant Flowrat Blowing, can avoid the block up easily and reduce the errors greatly through theoretical and practical analyses for the Conventional Blowing method discussed in this paper. The practical applications of this method are also introduced.
