OV-275填充柱快速分离生物样品中脂肪酸的探讨

【摘要】 应用OV-275(氰丙基氰乙基硅氧烷)填充柱对生物样品中14种饱含与不饱合脂肪酸作气相色谱分析,在18分钟之内即可完成分离、定性、定量。OV-275固定液在对r-亚麻酸(C18:3 n-6)花生酸(C20:0)及芥子酸(22:1)、花生四烯酸(C20:4n-6)等脂肪酸组成的选择性优于DEGS(丁二酸二乙二醇聚酯)固定液,分离所需时间也明显短于DEGS和Silar 10C(氰丙基苯基硅氧烷)固定液。

【Abstract】 The saturated and unsaturated fatty acid composition of human adipose tissue and fish oil were analysed by GC with QV-275 packed column. At least 14 fatty acid compositions were separated clearly and the quantitative and qualitative analysis were completed within 18 minutes. As compared with DEGS and Silar 10C, the total time neccessary for analysis is much shorter, and the selectivity of OV-275, especially to arachidic (C20:0), erucic (C22:1), y-linolenic (C18:3 n-3) and arachidonic(20:4 n-6) acid, is superior.
