【Abstract】 Using 5 different biotinyl lectins, we studied the lectin binding patterns in the ortho-keratotic epidermis of newborn mouse tail and the parakeratotic epidermis of adult mouse tail scale. There were differences in staining patterns with LCA, SBA and DBA. It suggests alterations in the glycoconjugates of parakeratotic epidtrmis. These findings provide clues to study on the mechanism of parakeratosis.更多还原
