【Abstract】 This paper discusses the rapid starting aad paralleling of hydrauliegenerator under the governor control, and makes out a set of optimum control tactics based on energy conservation criterion. According to this tactics, rapid aad smooth starting, no fluctuation and no outstrip can be achieved. After starting and speeding up of the machine, the governor immediately functions on prediction control-mode.
