双层气体保护焊的试验研究
Study on Double-layer Gas Shielded Arc Welding
【摘要】 本文通过对双层气体保护焊焊枪结构设计及其工艺试验研究,指出双层保护气体从内外喷咀喷出后维持层流流态是焊枪结构设计的重要依据,并给出了焊枪内外喷咀尺寸参数的设计计算方法,工艺试验研究结果表明,在内层为20%~25%Ar,外层为75%~80%CO2的气体比例的范围内,配合以恰当的焊接规范参数,可以获得与富Ar混合气体(80%Ar+20%CO2)保护时相近的各项工艺性能,但Ar气消耗量仅为富Ar混合气体保护时的1/4左右,取得了以少量Ar气保护达到富Ar保护效果。
【Abstract】 The study on the design of the welding gun for double-layer gas shielded arc welding and its technological experiments reveals that maintaining layer-flow condition after the gases spouted out from the inner and outer layers is the main principle for the gun design.The calculation method for the dimensions of the inner and outer nozzles is presented.The technological experiment results show that the double-layer gas shielded arc welding with low Ar(20%~25%Ar in inner layer)and high CO2(75%~80%CO2 in outer layer)has the same effect as the single-layer gas shielded arc welding with high Ar(80%)mixed with low CO2(20%).
