Costaria costata的室内培养与栽培试验
The indoor experiment on rear and culture of Costaria costata
【摘要】 本文报导了Costaria costata配子体、幼孢子体的室内培养、幼苗培育、幼苗暂养及浮筏栽培的试验结果。温度、照度的相互作用对配子体的生长有明显的影响。在10~20℃的温度和1000~4000L_x的照度范围内,温度越高,配子体生长的最适照度越低。反之,温度越低,配子体生长的最适照度越高。温度是影响配子体成熟的主要因子。在1000~4000Lx照度范围内,配子体的成熟率在15℃时最高,10℃次之,20℃最低。幼孢子体生长的最适温度、照度条件是20℃、2000Lx。用配子体采苗的方法可以在室内培育出C.costata幼苗。经过幼苗暂养,分苗后,栽培成藻体长2m,宽25cm的C.costata成藻。
【Abstract】 This paper reports the experimental results on the indoor rearing of gametophyte and sporophyte of Costaria costata seed culture, temporary rearing and raft cuture. As shown below, the interaction between temperature and illumination affects greatly the growth of gametophyte. Under the range of temperature 10-20℃ and illumination 1 000 -4 000 Lx, the higher the temperature, the lower the most adaptive illumination is for the growth of gametophyte, or otherurse. Thmperature is the main factor which affects the maturity of gametophyte. Within the runge of 1 000 - 4 000 Lx the highest rate maturity of gametophyte is at 15℃ , the middle is at 10℃ and the lowest is at 20 ℃. The most adaptive temperature and illumination for the growth of young sporophyte are 20℃ and 2 000Lx respectively.The seed of costaria costata can be carried out by the tectnic of applying gametophyte directly. Through the temporary rearing of seed after separating, the adultplant of costaria costata can grow up to a length of two meter and the wide of twenty -five centimeter.
