三维组合压阻式低频加速度传感器的研制与标定
Development and Calibration of three dimensional built-up piezoresistive low acceleration transducer
【摘要】 为满足交通运输中振动与冲击的在线实时监测需要,采用单向压阻式传感器以圆柱面定位、空间交叉组合方法,制成新型三维加速度传感器,标定结果各项技术指标达到设计要求,已应用在IVA-1型智能测振仪上。
【Abstract】 In order to satisfy the needs of the real-time on-line monitoring by the vibration and impact in the communication and transportation facilities, a new three dimensional acceleration transducer is developed with unilateral piezoresistive sensor localized on cylindrical surface and overlapped combination. The colibrating results have proved that various technical characteristics fulfil the design requirements. It has been applied to IVA- 1 type intelligent vibration measurer.
