【Abstract】 Since the water are stored in the Dahua Reservoir in 1982, the weak earthquakes occurred frequently,which belong to the small earthquake swarm and lasted for as long as seven years, and among them the largest magnitude is Ms=1.7. The author judges that they are the reservoir induced earthquake. As there are the active faults and the well developing karsts in the reservoir area, the mechanism of earthquake inducement may be caused by the porewater pressure or karst subsidence. By analysing the developing tendency of earthquakes, the seismic activity is now in the process of attenuation, and the strong earthquakes could not occur in reservoir region in the future.更多还原
