【摘要】 在实际中,经常需要合理描述并处理各种不确定性。目前,在对不确定性的处理中,常出现将原本是不确定性的概念用习惯性的确定性方法表达并处理的矛盾做法。针对这种现象,本文指出了它的不足,同时给出了合理的不确定性描述及其处理方法。文中还利用实例分析了处理方法不同带来的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 In practice,there is often the problem of reasonable description and treatment of uncertainties. At present,there often occurs the inconsistency that the uncertain concepts are described and treated by the traditional deterministic methods. In the light of this inconsistency, its inadequancy is discussed and a reasonable description and treatment method of uncertainties is given. In the paper, two practical examples are taken to calculate the effect caused by the different uncertainty treatments.更多还原
