慢性氟中毒小鼠脑氟含量测定

【摘要】 本实验研究小鼠饮用高氟水后脑组织内氟化物的含量。饮用高氟水两月后脑内氟含量较正常对照组明显增加,随着饮高氟水浓度的增加及时间的延长,脑内氟含量逐渐增加,但不呈平行关系。提示:(1)氟是正常脑组织的成份之一;(2)脑内氟化物含量,饮高氟水后增加,但与浓度及时间不呈正相关;(3)氟进入脑组织是以主动转运方式进行的;(4)血脑屏障对机体摄取过量氟化物有调节限制作用。也可能有赖子脑内氟化物的浓度对血脑屏障调节系统的启动;(5)慢性氟中毒可造成血脑屏障不同程度的损害。

【Abstract】 This experimental study was carried out to understand the fluoride level in cerebral tissuses of mice after exposed to high fluoride water. The fluoride content in brains of mice in the experimental group increased significantly comparing to that in the control group after exposed to high fluoride water for 2 months and fluoride levels in brain increased with the increment of water fluoride and time, but there existed no paralleling relationships among them. The results of our study suggested that, a. fluoride be one of the normal compositions of the brain; b. drinking high fluoride water raise the fluoride levels in brains of mice; c. fluoride get into the brain by means of active transportation; d. the uptake of fluoride be regulated by the blood-brain barrier, when fluoride in brain reaches a certain concentration, it can start the blood-brain barrier adjusting system; and e. chronic fluorosis result in damages of brain in varying degrees.
