河北省生态环境中的硒与克山病

【摘要】 在河北省选择了7个克山病病区点和7个非病区点进行生态环境对比调查。采集了各种生态系物质样品305份,测定含硒(Se)量。病区中麦类、玉米、小米、饮水、人发和羊毛的含Se量比非病区低。发Se含量与主要粮食含Se量呈显著正相关。病区属于低硒环境,环境低硒是导致克山病流行的一个重要因素。

【Abstract】 Seven villages in Keshan disease (KD) areas and 7 in normal areas were chosen in Hebei Province for the comparative investigation of Se contents in the ecological environment. Three hundred and five samples including rock, soil, drinking water, cereals, hair and wool were collected for analysing their Se contents. Results showed that KD in Hebei mainly distributed in the north of the province where the topography is high and the weather is cold. Se contents determination revealed that selenium levels in wheat, naked oat, maize, millet, drinking water, hair and wool from KD endemic areas were lower than those from normal areas and hair Se contents were positively correlated to those of the main cereals. It is suggested that KD is most prevalent in low Se environment and Se deficiency in the ecological environment is an important pathogenic factor of KD.
