Br.ovis死菌佐剂苗的制备及保护力试验

【摘要】 本文报告了用新疆0.19Br.ovis株制备的死菌佐剂苗,并对其免疫学改造进行了检查。用30只中国美利奴8月龄公羔,分两个不同剂量免疫组和对照组,每组10只,第一组皮下注射1000亿菌,第二组皮下注射4000亿菌。85天时分别加强免疫,用原制剂1000亿菌/ml皮下注射。第三组不免疫,以资对照。 各组于325天时分别进行结膜+包皮30亿菌和睾丸内接种15亿菌63/290Br.ovis直接注射攻毒。在攻毒后75天参试羊全部屠杀并剖检,同时采血样进行GDT、SAT、CFT试验和细菌培养及病理学检查。试验结果表明,用新疆019Br.ovis制备的死菌佐剂苗免疫绵羊,保护力达75%。此苗安全有效,使用方便,可用于Br.ovis病的防治。

【Abstract】 A killed adjuvant-supplemented vaccine of Br. ovis 0.19 isolated in Xinjiang was prepared and the effect of immunological modification was evaluated. Thirty 8-month rams of the Chinese Merino were divided into 2 exprerimental groups and a control group, rams in group I were subcutaneously vaccinated in a dose of 1011 cells and those in group n with 4 x 1011cells; a booster of 1011 cells/ml was given, and group Ⅲ remained unvaccinated as control. Challenges with Br. ovis 63/290 were given to all the 3 groups 325 days after vaccination, and all the rams were sacrificed, 75 days after challenge, for pathological examination as well as serological tests (by GDT, SAT, and CFT) and bacterial isolation. Results indicated that protection was 75% for the rams vaccinated with the killed adjuvant-supplemented vaccine which was safe, effective and easy to use in the control of Br. ovis infection.
