硒、锰、维生素E、蛋白质、锌对大鼠体内硒含量的影响

【摘要】 本文选用硒、锰、维生素E、蛋白质及锌五种因素各两种不同水平,利用正交实验设计,观察不同水平的各种因素对大鼠体内硒含量的影响。实验结果表明,硒对全血、心 肝、肾的硒含量均有显著影响,锰、维生素E、蛋白质、锌对大鼠体内的硒含量均有程度不同的影响。

【Abstract】 The effects of selenium, manganese, vitamin E, protein and zinc on selenium contents in rat tissues were evaluated by orthogonal tests. It was showed that selenium treatment resulted in significant increase of selenium contents in blood, heart, liver and kidney. Whereas, rich dietary manganese decreased selenium contents in heart and kidney of rats. Liver selenium content increased markedly with the elevation of dietary vitamin E content, and dietary protein had significant influence on selenium contents. Moreover, kidney selenium content increased and liver selenium content decreased significantly when zinc content in diet become higher.
