磁作用对家兔睾丸的影响

【摘要】 用磁水饲养家兔及在家兔关元穴位皮下埋磁片观察磁作用对睾丸的影响,经5个月实验,实验组动物副睾尾中精子总数以及每100mg副睾尾对应的精子数都比对照组显著增加,光镜及扫描电镜观察显示,实验组精母细胞、精子细胞和精子数量都比对照组增加,表明饮用磁水及关元穴位埋磁有生精作用。

【Abstract】 In order to study the effect of magnetic action on the rabbit tests, we fed the rabbit with magnetized water and embedded the small magnetic disc at "guanyuan point". Five months later, the total sperm number as well as the sperm number per 100 mg in epididymal tail of the experimental group significantly increased than those of the control group. The observation by light microscope and scanning electron microscope showed more increased spermatogone, spermatoblast and sperm in the experimental group than in the control. This study indicates that drinking magnetized water and embedding magnet disc at "guanyuan point" have a spermatogenic effect
