大豆和豇豆抗旱性的比较

【摘要】 本文用盆栽的大豆和豇豆经自然干旱比较研究了二者抗旱性的方式。试验证明大豆属低水势耐旱型,豇豆属于高水势耐旱型。豇豆以其敏感的叶片蒸腾调节机制保持体内的高水势状态,在干旱下RWC和φw变化很小。大豆则以渗透调节为主,使植株在中度水分胁迫下保持一定的生长速率,严重干旱使其生长停止或死亡。结果表明,豇豆具有比大豆更强的抗旱能力。

【Abstract】 The mechanism of adaptation to water deficits of soybean and cowpea was comparatively studied by pot culture. The results showed that the nature of drought tolerance of cowpea was due to high plant water potential while soybean was with low plant water potential. The postponement of dehydration of cowpea was achieved by reducing water loss, such as decreasing stomatal conductance, lowering non-stomatal transpiration. The soybean, however, the mechanism of dehydration tolerance was mainly osmotie adjustment. As a result, the cowpea had a much higher drought-resistance than soybean did. The growth of soybean was more sensitive to water deficits than cowpea.
