【摘要】 刨花板中水分的稳态扩散系数是描述刨花板导水性能的重要参数。本文先导出了求稳态扩散系数的公式,再用扩散杯的方法测了4种刨花板中的水分稳态扩散系数。结果表明:针对试验的4种刨花板,平行于板面的稳态扩散系数比垂直于板面的大10—20倍。刨花经高压蒸汽处理后压制的板子,其稳态扩散系数均比未处理的小。更多还原

【Abstract】 The steady-state diffusion coefficient is an important coefficient to describe the moisture transfer processes in particleboard.In this paper, the formula of culculating steady-state diffusion coefficients was deduced and the moisture steady-state diffusio coefficients of 4 types of particleboards were measured by using diffusion cup method. The results demonstrated that the steady-state diffusion coefficients parallcl to pancl surface were 10-20 times as large as that of perpendicular to pancl surface for test boards, and the coefficients of particleboards chips which treated by steam were smaller than that of particleboards which untreated.更多还原
