【Abstract】 The surface rolling pressure was verified through experimentsin 3-roll cross wedge rolling and,as an important part of roll force,it occurs inthe way the shaft part of workpiece exerts it onto the flat parts of formingwedges in rolls.A formula of contact area between the shaft part of workpieceand flat parts of forming wedges in rolls was therefore derived, as well as anempirical formula using effecting coefficient of surface rolling deformationgiven by regression analysis.更多还原
