高MgO含量富硼渣熔体粘度的测定
Determination of Viscosity off Molten Slag Containing B2O3 and MgO
【摘要】 用化学试剂氧化物配制合成 B2O3-MgO-SiO2-Al2O3-CaO 系高 MgO含量的富硼渣,利用 ZC-1600 型高温综合测试仪,用内柱体旋转法测定其粘度及熔化性温度,高MgO 含量富硼渣熔体粘度随温度的变化显著,B2O3 在渣系中起到助熔剂及降低粘度作用,采用高炉冶炼时炉温应保持 1 500℃左右。
【Abstract】 The viscosity and melting point of B2O3-MgO-SiO2-Al2O3-CaOslag system were measured by a ZC-1600. Multimeasurement unit available tohigh temperature. The slag specimens used were prepared by some chemicalreagents. The effects of B2O3 and MgO on the properties of molten slag wasstudied and the results provide a theoretical consideration on the comprehensive utilization of magnetite-bearing boron.
