【摘要】 在 DGT溶液浸渍石墨电极技术取得良好实验室和工业性试验结果基础上,进行了防氧化机理的探讨。DGT 溶液对石墨电极的防氧化作用是由于浸渍物阻塞了电极表层的开气孔和封闭碳的活性部位,随着浸渍量的增加,浸渍物在电极表面生成连续的氧的扩散阻挡层,使电极的抗氧化性显著提高。采用抗氧化抑制因数 I_f 表示浸渍电极的抗氧化能力,并进行了理论推导,得出浸渍电极防氧化数学模型。

【Abstract】 Based on good lab/pilot experimental results, the oxidation-resis-tant mechanism was discussed for graphite electrodes steeped with DGT solu-tion. It was found that the oxidation-resistant function of DGT solution comesfrom the fact that some steeping substances blockade the pores on electrodesurface hence the active parts of carbon. With the steeping effect increased, acontinuous protecting layer will form by steeping substances on electrodesurface such that the oxidation-resistance becomes higher. An inhibition factoris therefore suggested to represent the oxidation-resistant ability of steepedelectrode and, futher, a theoretical consideration is given to get a mathema-tical model of oxidation-resistant mechanism.
