【Abstract】 A new manual equipment for manufacturing flat cells was introduced. It can be used to complete the bobbin forming, inserting the bobbin into the bowl and the repressing . It could manufacture the small flat cell (such as 12V lighter battery) and larger but thinner flat cell (such as 15V battery). Its principle and mechanical sketch were given.
