C型肉毒梭菌毒素毒饵稳定性的试验研究
STUDY ON THE STABILITY OF THE BAIT OF BOTULIN MODEL C
【摘要】 C型肉毒梭菌毒素毒饵在天然草地上放置6天内,试鼠高原鼠兔死亡率为90~100%;8~10天逐渐分解为基本无毒。试鼠死亡高峰期为采食毒饵后3~4天,并且5天内已接触过毒素的试鼠不产生明显的耐药性。
【Abstract】 ABSTRACT The results showed that bait of Botulin Model C which was laidon natural grassland for 6 days killed 90~100% experimental Plateau Pika(Ochotona Curzomiae). The toxic of the bait decomposed graduaally within 8~10 days. The peak time of death of the Plateau Pika was within 3~4 days after eating the bait. And drug tolerance could not obviously be seen in 5 days after the Plateau Pika touched the bait.
