【摘要】 以茶皂素类作清池剂,通过实验室养殖池与生产上养成池进行茶皂素对对虾生长影响的研究,结果表明:使用茶皂素不会影响对虾的成活率;0.5、10ppm 3种浓度茶皂素清池比较,在历时56天的饲养过程中,对虾的日平均生长速度分别为0.636,0.688和0.834毫米,以10 ppm 处理的生长为最快;2.9ppm 浓度茶皂素在养成池中带虾清池的试验结果表明,对虾生长速度以清池后15天内为最快,说明应用茶皂素清池不仅不会影响对虾的生长,而且在一定浓度范围内,尚有促进对虾生长的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Effect of tea saponin,a pond-clearing agent,on prawn’s growthwas tested in the productive pond and the laboratory pond.Results showedthat tea saponin did no negative action to prawn’s growth.During the56 days of the pond feeding,the length of the prawn increased 0.636 mmper day for the 0 ppm treatment,0.688 mm for the 5 ppm treatment,and0.834 mm for the 10 ppm treatment.The prawns in the productive pondgrew very fast within the first 15 days after the pond was treated bytea saponin with the concentration of 2.9ppm,indicating the positiveeffect of tea saponin on prawn’s growth.更多还原
