【摘要】 蚕蛹通过酶水解制取无臭、淡黄的试剂蛋白胨。75kg脱脂蚕蛹以6kg中性蛋白酶粗品在pH7—8、40—50℃、水解10小时,随后分离、脱色、浓缩和喷雾干燥,得到约30kg蛋白胨。产物经11项理化检验和3项微生物检验,结果表明达到了生化试剂蛋白胨的质量要求。将蚕蛹蛋白胨应用于氨基糖苷类抗菌素小诺霉素、肌苷和复合核黄素(维酶素)等生产菌发酵,效果同以鱼粉制取的试剂蛋白胨相当。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper focuses on the study of making odorless, yellowish peptone from silk- worm pupae by enzyme. 75 kg defatted silkworm pupa powder was hydrolyzed with 6kg crude neutral protease at pH 7-8 and 40-50 C for 10 hours,then separated, decolourized , concentrated and spray-dried to obtain about 30 kg peptones. The physical,chemical and microbiological examinations show that the product fulfills the quality requirements for biochemical peptone. The availabilities of the pupa peptone to some industrial fermentations have been proved that it’s well-matched with the fish peptone,such as Mi-cromycin,Inosine and Riboflavin Complex etc.更多还原
