SiC纤维补强微晶玻璃基复合材料
SiC FIBRE-REINFORCED GLASS-CERAMIC MATRIX COMPOSITE
【摘要】 本文通过 Nicalon SiC 纤维对铝硅酸锂(LAS)微晶玻璃的补强,发现 SiC 含量为30 v.-%时复合材料具有最佳力学性能,抗折强度和断裂韧性分别高达502 MPa 和10.2MP·m1/2。在1000℃,复合材料的抗折强度高达480 MPa。
【Abstract】 Effects of hot-pressing temperature and SiC fibre content on mechanical prop-erties of SiC fibre/LAS glass-ceramic matrix composite were investigated.Compositehot-pressed at 1200℃ and containing 30 v.-% SiC fibre showed excellent mechanical proper-ties.Flexural strength and fracture toughness of composite were 502 MPa and 10.2 MPam1/2,respectively.Flexural strength of SiC fibre/LAS matrix composite was 480 MPa at 1000℃.
