【摘要】 应用扫描电镜对黑心病不同发病阶段的鸭梨果表蜡质变化情况进行了观察分析。结果表明,随着黑心病的发生发展,鸭梨果表蜡质逐渐减少。健康果实表面的皮孔和表皮细胞由丰厚的蜡质遮盖,病果表面蜡质稀少且较薄,表皮裂沟变宽变长,皮孔处则细胞裸露。文章对黑心病与果表蜡质变化的关系进行了讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 The surface wax was examination with a scanning electron microscope at different stages of brown core of ya pear fruits. Development of the disease was accompanied by changes in the appearance and quantity of surface wax. The lenticel and epidermis of the healthy fruits were covered with intact and thick wax. The surface wax of the sick fruits decreased, the lenticel cells were naked and the epidermic groove became wide and long. The relationship between changes of epicuticular wax and development of brown core was discussed.更多还原
