利用过氧化物酶同工酶预测粳稻杂种优势的研究
A Study on the Prediction Heterosis of Keng Rice Using Peroxidase Isozyme
【摘要】 通过1985~1990年的试验研究证明,在水稻三叶期到抽穗期的功能叶片中过氧化物酶同工酶是稳定的,可以作为预测粳稻杂种优势的生化指标,其准确度可达85%左右。根据本试验结果,我们认为应用测定过氧化物酶同工酶与匀浆互补法相结合的方法来预测粳稻的杂种优势是一种可靠的、简便易行的方法。利用预测结果可做到有计划、有目的的杂交配组,必将大大加速杂交粳稻的选育。
【Abstract】 It is indicated that through five years study (1985~1990), the peroxidase isozyme in the functional leaves of Keng Rice is stable from three leaves stage to heading stage and can be used as the biochemical target for heterosis prediction of Keng Rice, degree of accuracy is approximately 85%. According to the experimental results in the study, it is regarded to be more dependable and easier to operate using the method combining measurement peroxidase isozyme with "homogenate complementation" for prediction of heterosis of Keng Rice. On the basis of prcdiction results, breeder can purposefully make crossing combination, which will speed up the selection of Keng Hybrid Rice.
