利用机油光谱数据预测发动机剩余工作寿命

【摘要】 本文提出了利用发动机机油光谱分析数据在线递推辨识其磨损动态模型,并由模型的特征参数作为机器磨损临界的预测指标,根据卡尔曼状态估计器预测其磨损状态.综合这些指标就可预测机器的剩余工作寿命.最后针对实际运行的内燃机车进行寿命预测,结论正确.

【Abstract】 The on-line recursive estimation of the engine wearing dynamicmodel by means of the oil spectral data is suggested in thispaper.The characteristic parameters of the model and thewearing states estimated by the Kalman state predictor areutilized as the predicting indexes of the engine wearing criticallife,and the indexes are synthesized to predict the remainingworking life for engines.Finally,a locomotive engine life hasbeen predicted with this method and the conclusion has beenproved correct.
