Bayes Estimation of Reliability of the products
【摘要】 本文为利用贝叶斯理论来估计产品的可靠度提供了一个新的方法.这个方法能大大减少试验所需的样本数.
【Abstract】 Using Bayes theorem, this paper provides a new method for estimating the reliability of the products.This method can decrease greatly the number of samples needed for testing.
